1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MyIMG ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Refund Policy, and 2257 Statement, which together form the entire agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. The Service contains adult content and is for adults only. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older (see Content Policy §2).
3. Accounts
The Service supports Google / Apple sign-in only. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping it secure. We may restrict or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
4. Description of the Service
MyIMG is an AI platform providing image and video generation and editing tools, including text-to-image (t2i), text-to-video (t2v), image-to-image (i2i), image-to-video (i2v), and face-swapping. The Service includes adult/NSFW capabilities. All output is AI-generated.
5. User Content & License
You retain ownership and copyright of the material you upload and the content you generate. Solely to provide the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your material (uploads and generated content are automatically deleted within 24 hours — see Privacy Policy).
6. Likeness & Consent
When you upload material containing a real person, you represent that the person is yourself or that you have their explicit, documented consent. You may not create face-swap, undress, or sexualized content of celebrities, public figures, or any real individual without authorization. See Content Policy §3.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any content or conduct prohibited by our Content Policy §4 (including content involving minors/CSAM, non-consensual deepfake or intimate imagery/NCII, unauthorized sexualization of real or public figures, bestiality, incest, violence, hate, infringement, or unlawful activity). Violations result in immediate termination and lawful action.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service software, interface, and trademarks belong to TecDeon Limited. Except for your own content, you may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit them without permission.
9. Payments & Credits
- The Service uses a one-time payment / credit model. No subscriptions, no auto-renewal. Credits never expire.
- Payments are handled by a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store your card details.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Your Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the legality of the material you upload and the content you generate, and you warrant compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not warrant the legality of content on your behalf.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or applicable law, and may preserve evidence and report to authorities where required.
13. DMCA / Copyright
To report copyright infringement, send a notice with a description of the work, its location (URL), a good-faith statement, and your contact details to [email protected]. We act on valid notices promptly.
