1. Nature of Purchase
The Service uses a one-time payment / credit model — no subscriptions, no auto-renewal. Credits are digital goods, usable immediately, and never expire.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because credits are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we provide a full refund if:
- you request within 30 days of purchase; and
- you have used less than 20% of the purchased credits (i.e., 80%+ remain unused).
3. Non-Refundable
- Credit packs used beyond 20%;
- Purchases older than 30 days;
- Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Use or Content Policy;
- Successfully delivered results with no technical fault.
4. Technical Failures
If a generation fails due to a platform error, we automatically re-credit the corresponding amount (not a cash refund).
5. How to Request
Email [email protected] with your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 24–48 hours; posting time depends on your processor/issuing bank.
