Content Policy for MyIMG AI

1. Scope

This Content Policy is part of your agreement with MyIMG and applies alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. All output is AI-generated (see §7).

2. Age (Absolute Rule)

- The Service is for adults 18 and older. Using the Service means you represent you are 18+.
- It is strictly forbidden to upload, generate, or distribute any content that involves — or appears to involve — minors, whether real, fictional, cartoon, or AI-generated, and whether explicit or not.
- Suspected violations are blocked and terminated immediately, and reported to the relevant authorities (e.g., NCMEC in the US).

3. Likeness & Consent (Core Rule)

When uploading or using material featuring a real person, you must ensure:
- the person is yourself, or you have their explicit, documented consent to use their likeness for AI processing; and
- the content does not involve any non-consensual private/sexualized processing.

Strictly prohibited:
- Face-swap, undress, or sexualized generation of celebrities, public figures, or any unauthorized real individual;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), deepfake pornography, revenge porn, or any content placing a real person in a sexual/nude context without consent.

4. Absolutely Prohibited Content

Regardless of tool or format, you may not upload, generate, or distribute:
1. Any sexualized or nude content involving minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance;
2. Non-consensual face-swap/undress/sexualization of real people (NCII, deepfake porn);
3. Unauthorized sexualization or misleading deepfakes of celebrities/public figures;
4. Bestiality, incest, corpses, severe violence/gore, or real sexual violence/abuse;
5. Human trafficking, sex trafficking, or solicitation;
6. Terrorism, extremism, or hate (race/religion/gender/orientation, etc.);
7. Others' private or identity information, or impersonation;
8. Content infringing copyright, trademark, or other IP;
9. Anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

5. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the material you upload and the content you generate, and warrant compliance with applicable law. We do not warrant content legality on your behalf.

6. Reporting, Removal & Appeals

- Report violations or non-consensual content to [email protected].
- We review within 7 business days and remove confirmed violating/non-consensual content.
- Affected users may appeal via the same address.
- Uploads and generated content are auto-deleted within 24 hours (see Privacy Policy).

7. AI-Generated Content & 18 U.S.C. §2257

All output is AI-generated and does not record real sexual conduct of real people; it therefore falls under the record-keeping exemption of 18 U.S.C. §2257 / §2257A. See the 2257 Statement.

8. Consequences

Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, permanent account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to law enforcement/authorities where required.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes are posted here with a new date.
